Ravichandran is the founder of Shree Law Services. He has a cumulative experience of more than thirty years as a practicing Advocate, in-house legal counsel for National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) Head-Legal of the Sanmar Group of companies and Senior Partner in Orbit Law Services and drove the Chennai practice.
Ravi has rich experience in litigation strategy & commercial arbitration and is known for his expertise in laws relating to corporate and regulatory compliances, environment, electricity, anti-dumping, Competition Act etc. As a practising lawyer, Ravi was representing commercial banks including Canara Bank, Federal Bank & South Indian Bank, National Insurance Company and many catholic institutions. He was a guest speaker in the training programme for the arbitrators of Tamil Nadu Water Supply and Drainage Board.

He was also part of the Legal Sub-committee of the Task Force on Revitalisation of Cooperative Credit structure set up by Government of India headed by Prof. Vaidyanathan. He also represented the management of NABARD in the negotiations in the bipartite settlement with All India NABARD Employees Union and the management of NABARD.
As Head-Legal of the Sanmar Group, Ravi was responsible for managing the legal affairs of the entire Group. He handled major arbitrations for the Group and represented the Group both before Electricity Regulation Commissions, regulatory bodies and tribunals. He was also responsible for finalisation of the litigation strategy in environmental issues, land acquisition issues, civil matters, electricity matters, anti-dumping matters, insurance and competition commission matters. During his tenure in Sanmar Group. Ravi has briefed many senior counsels in the Supreme Court on diverse issues.
